F QRCDLV57L26G999Y, may, within the scope of the services and activities performed on this website, process personal data that site users provide in the various sections dedicated to them. Italian Trends Agency also specifies that while certain processing procedures are required to allow the requested services to be executed, others are, conversely, of a purely optional nature.
All data processing performed by Italian Trends Agency within the scope of this website will be done using paper and IT systems in compliance with current legislation on data protection. Italian Trends Agency will use any data supplied for purposes other than those connected with the service the user has asked for, solely within the limits indicated from time to time in the information notice and with the prior consent of the user. The data will under no circumstances be passed on or released.

certification to the effect that the operations as per numbers 2) and 3) have been notified, as also related to their contents, to the entities to whom or which the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared with the right that is to be protected;
to object, in whole or in part, on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even though they are relevant to the purpose of the collection;
to object, in whole or in part, to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, where it is carried out for the purpose of sending business information or advertising materials or direct selling or else for the performance of market or interactive commercial communication surveys, and to have information from the data controller, no later than when the data is communicated or released, of the possibility of freely exercising such right.
